WolfChat.org will experience some downtime on Thur. Aug 19, 2010.
It is with a heavy heart that I have had to make the very difficult choice of leaving NYCT.net as my ISP.
While NYCT.net has been a great ISP, with the worlds greatest support, and service, I find that I now have no choice but to leave them

October 2009 updates ... downtime and the like... |

WolfChat.org has undergone some downtime from 10/25/09 - 10/28/09
My Router finnaly died, and had to be replaced. Than our IP address changed, dew to the power down in order to change the equiptment, which means we had to wait for the new ip address to propigate once i made the change with our domain providor....

Server upgrades ... |

The WolfChat.org server has been undergoing upgrades ...
When our last server died, several people donated hardware ... Haze sent a compleat computer built by Gateway along with ram and some hardrives... other people also donated hardware, all noted in previouse posts.
At that time my wife was still very sick, and I did not have much time to spend on computer stuff, so i put the machine up with haste. That haste has now caught up with me , and the server... [Read More]

On May 29th, 2007 WolfChat.org experianced one of its greatest losses ever.
One of our Chatters, BlackSheep aka Wolf, passed away from Lung Cancer. He is survived by Tiger aka Galdariel. Those of you who were lucky enough to know this great man, will remember him as a person who would go to any length to help his friends as well as strangers alike. He had a heart like no one else. OK ... Strange thing happend to my BSD machine this night...
While doing some things, I heard a strange sound (sounded like "BuunngK") Monitor went black, (flash of light kinda sorta) and than i noticed that it sounded like the HDD was not spinning (normaly very loud on this computer) I (God only knows why) hit the on button, which i noticed was not green ... its normal state.
