cant tame???

well ive been a tamer for a long time now and pretty much know how it goes but heres the latest. I went hunting for new sellable pets (hopefully for good uses), and after trying many times found myself unable to tame kirin, and swamp dragons. I hadnt seen any others to tame of similar requirements (a.k.a. gm status or pretty near) so not sure if its all of them. but with the swamp dragon with a 93 requirement and my skill level gm'd 10 tries should have been enough. I finally gave up and just killed it. Then a kirin which is much easier as it doesnt try to kill me while im taming it with at least as many attempts with no success. I know failure rates can be made so you can fail but ive tamed both these types before so im not exactly sure whats changed.

Ill try some different types as i find them but not sure if the results will be any different. Oh wulfgar dont know if this helps at all but kept saying i had no chance to tame that animal. Usually says that when your taming is too low where as it says you cant tame that if your too far away.

Seems we have this issue as well.

There are talks on redoing the coding on this "feature" over at the lw site. LB is on vacation until the 20th though.

Ok i went into the field again with my tamer and discovered I cant tame silvers, dragons, drakes, or nightmares either. The creatures ive failed to tame have all been in the wild and many i know for certain hadnt been tamed before (as i had to kill many war horses and such to get them to spawn). Same results as before "you have no chance to tame that creature". Just thought id add what info i can.

Ok ive tried many times now and still cant tame any of the elite creatures anymore aka silvers, dragons, etc.
Is there a limit on creatures? If so is it per house, players and their vendors, or what??? Not sure what else to do.

I am not sure what this bug is ... or if it is paticular to our shard, or not. Im guessing its a prob in our scripts.

My time is very limited this time of year. I will get to it with in this month though :-)
